This programmatic element of the Campaign will allow Mercy International to meet immediate program goals, as the endowment is established:

• Identify and work to eliminate factors that contribute to human trafficking. Educate and advocate for the rights and safety of victims of trafficking and domestic violence.

• Pursue initiatives to support protection of the environment. Promote sustainable development enterprise and vocational training among vulnerable populations, educating and advocating on behalf of those living in lesser developed countries who are most at risk.

Supporting the UN post 2015 Development Agenda which includes alleviating poverty, ensuring healthy lives, advancing equitable education with particular emphasis on gender equality and the empowerment of women and girls and promoting inclusive and peaceful societies with access to justice for all..

• Provide leadership training for the next generation of Mercy ambassadors. Prepare high school and university students for their future work; provide scholarships for students to attend training at Mercy International Centre.

The Campaign for Mercy spans Australia, Canada, England, Ireland, New Zealand, and the Philippines.

By making a gift today, you impact works of mercy in over 40 countries and join a 187 year-old story of service.
